Daffy Duck's Quackbusters 1988
The last package film, and the last to include Mel Blanc's performance as several Looney Tunes characters before his death, it follows Daffy leading a paranormal investigation agency that goes about as well as you expect with money involved. This feels like the most consistent in terms of theme with the shorts and premise, being more supernatural and horror-themed but also with the most new stuff, being two segments that are new shorts that are pretty great. Daffy Duck's Movie: Fantastic Island 1983
I’m surprised I like this package film a bit more than the rest, considering that again, most of the shorts are presented mainly as separate. But in comes in the setup, where Daffy and Speedy find this map of a grand wishing well (voiced by Les Tresmayne, who has a smooth and likable voice) that grants wishes in the form of the original shorts. It is economical and there isn't that much plot but it's pleasant enough to relax, as well as giving a variety of cartoons from all three directors, including ones that I forgot about. Overall a surprisingly decent time.
