I'm Thinking of Ending Things 2020
This movie was so emotionally draining. It was an exhausting experience, but I was completely captivated. I got such a strong sense of intentionality throughout every aspect of this movie, akin to movies such as Eraserhead. I love the careful attention to detail throughout the film. It was a lot to take in and I will definitely be rewatching it. I really resonated with the story it was trying to tell as well as the commentary and themes through. It really isn't for everyone, but it certainly is for me.

I really wanted to like this movie, but it had many flaws I just couldn't get past. There's a lot to like, such as the acting and some of the cinematography. The first and second acts were more enjoyable than the third. Many of the horror and tension aspects of it were genuinely enjoyable and a breath of fresh air, minus the jump scares. However, a lot of the plot didn't make sense, mostly ways Adrian was messing with Cecelia.…
