Underworld 2003
almost every other character was more interesting than our protagonist. this movie was more plot than character but i feel like characters still have to be engaging to propel the plot and some of that was missing here. that said im still intrigued to watch the other movies. my hope fir the sequel is that theres less back to back action set pieces and more character moments so i can give more of a fuck u know

animation on this one was janky and idk how to feel about barbies walk cycle. voice acting was so weird and we never find out wtf was goin on w her eyes and im not curious enough to watch the second movie. bibble was there.

i love a movie stacked with fantastic action pieces. tbh the romance didnt really do it for me which is why it lost a star. more of an action comedy than an action romcom to me. good score! the acting is charming. solid movie.

cute and fun. this one was well paced and a little corny with a very chaotic ending but tbh this is how all buddy comedies should feel. sza did very well but keke was really the star. these characters r pretty similar to how them two are in real life so it works. i liked the soundtrack too.
