Great performances, incredible and bright color grade, dramatic ASS music and dynamic slick cinematography. This movie fucks. Love the way they make it hard to guess whose head is what place and how people really feel. I do wish the ending went deeper into the characters and we could see more of why they do the things they do, but also not mad at it being a very fun quicker style. I will say if it really immersed itself in the characters and the people they had at play it would’ve probably been a five

John Malkovich was born to be this man. Really enjoyed this movie, thought the premise was expanded upon well and an interesting point came out of it. Because they made John himself so goofy and nonsensical that it’s clear everyone idolizes him simply because he’s popular and makes music, which i actually think applies well to the world today
