  This is lowkey my favourite movie idc. I feel like it demonstrates currently relevant themes regarding our world (climate change, corporate greed and the individuals that represent & propel the companies that participate in it) in a way that is palatable for it’s intended younger audience. I feel like The Lorax does this by demonstrating how disillusioned and weakened we become under capitalism (depicted by the onceler) and how it ultimately erodes our communities of meaningful bonds and connection.
