    every shot in this film could be a renaissance painting
    “being free is being alone?” and then i silently screamed “nooooooo”
    everything was so empathetic and real it’s actually surreal
    like it’s been ages since i’ve seen a film and felt the love and care put into it by the creators through the screen
    wow wow wow
    also the way music is used in this film is also truly special and if i understood musical theory better i’d be going nuts
    i’m already going nuts this movie was great 🔥🔥

    the EPITOME of israeli normalisation. why does this film exist, other than to victimise the oppressors and their successful oppressive regime of zionism? the film goes the (definitely intentional) lengths to avoid making any real quote-unquote political statement, painting the conflict as a one-sided injustice which sees ‘israel’ as the sole victims, justifying zionism as a necessary colonial project post-holocaust. it would not be outrageous to say that the production/ consumption of media like this, is a key reason why…
