I have a lot of feelings about this movie. While as a gay arab, this movie meant so much to me as it's very rare to find any kind of documentation of queer experience in arabic countries, this movie was so insincere about the people it's showing, sometimes it feels that the movie is trying make their suffering as something that they caused upon themselves. But all an all i still genuinely loved how it showed us that despite everything, we queer people will still survive
