Chhaava 2025
Keeping aside what’s factual and what’s fictional, the direction looked undercooked. The film doesn’t recognise the necessity of drama. With one action set piece after another, ARR’s music further letting it down just wasn’t hitting right. What the film does well is the embodiment of Sambhaji Maharaj.
Rashmika Mandanna, though looked beautiful, the accent was sticking out. If it had dived a little more into the character and personality of Sambhaji Maharaj, would have invested me more into the film.
