The Final Destination 2009
It’s probably the worst entry in the entire franchise. The deaths are so tired and uninspiring and I literally didn’t care about a single one of these characters.
The third act premonition in the mall got me a little excited but aside from that I don’t think I’ll remember anything about this film come tomorrow.

Final Destination 3 2006
It’s the best movie in the entire franchise. The kills are more creative, the pacing is smooth and the movie stays at a consistent level from start to finish. Meaning it starts off good and it STAYS good until the credits roll.
Most importantly though, the characters are the most interesting they’ve ever been. It helps that they’re played by actors who actually can act and even in the smaller characters, they’re filled with so much personality that you feel bad when each of them get killed off.
The franchise should’ve ended here.
