this was bad. i almost turned it off 3 times, but then i would have had to find a new movie, and that seemed like work.

i am not the target audience for this movie. lots of lingering close ups of characters/people i'm meant to recognize and lots of small details like polka dotted shirts that i'm probably meant to find meaningful but don't. timmy's bob dylan impression is... fine. technically accurate but also cringey. five stars for his historically accurate gross long fingernails and dramatic twitchy hand movements. poor joan baez. go watch walk hard.
