  Considering its release year and the fact that it's a TV movie, this is impressive. I can understand that from a cinematography aspect it's a bit dull, but with Stephan Rae acting and the plot, it gripped me. The fact that this is a true story it's extremely sad and disgusting.
  Apart from that, I really liked how the film explores the Soviet Union's unwillingness to address a serial killer case, driven by their desire to maintain a flawless image…
