Mulholland Drive 2001
Not sure the “meaning” of this film but it is intriguing and of course Lynchian. As an LA film, it is one of the best and definitely worth watching and rewatching multiple times.

Strong cast and solid Neo-Western. Dwight Yoakam pops up in a great role. Tommy Lee Jones directs and plays a tremendous role in another great Western (see No Country for Old Men).

High Plains Drifter 1973
Classic Western, probably my favourite of all time. Eastwood at his finest. Great location and setting, amazing cinematography. Wouldn’t get away with a ra*e scene in modern times though.

Grosse Pointe Blank 1997
Underrated 90s movie. Highly rewatchable and breezes through in less than 2 hours. Great chemistry between Cusack and Driver. Overall a fun, light-hearted movie.
