If you have access to netflix and want a cheap thrill to watch here it is. Two excellent young actors, unique scifi/horror/romance screenplay, and not a dull moment. Very creepy monsters ("hollow men") that live in a world government secret gorge. Anna Taylor George plays a Russian sniper assigned to guard one side of the mysterious gorge. Miles Teller American sniper assigned to the other side. They can see each other through binoculars but are ordered by their governments not…

I can't classify this unique movie. There is no category for it's original story and characters? Despite it's small budget production values, it sucks one into it's plot of ugly having a dream come true and turning attractive but then becoming envious of another ugly who is a bigger star despite being ugly. All very unlikely but makes for a movie you will surely think about and ponder it's message long after you see it.

The male lead in the film won a Golden globe award for best actor.

First a disclosure, I've been a Star Wars fan ever since the original opened in San Francisco at the Coronet theatre, and I was invited to a private screening the day before the opening. I've seen all of the Star Wars movies except the animated ones, and never been disappointed.

In the music business when a different artist records their version of a song originally introduced by someone else usually the writer, it is called a "cover" version. Although I've…
