Glass Onion 2022
Glass onion was enjoyable up to the point where it wasn’t. Which was about 65% into the movie when you realize: “that’s it?” You realize the obvious route was chosen and no more can the story be expanded. The straightforward motive unfolds and you’re basically done with the movie. There were some laughs and cool scenery + scene but the payoff wasn’t worth the buildup. I was liking it and curious about the island til it fell flat though.
