The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2001
I actually watched the extended cut for the first time but I don’t think that’s a different listing. I loved the extra time in the Shire. I was a little disturbed by the lengthened wizard fight scene. I feel like I understood the plot better as a non-LOTR reader or super fan. Boromir dying really got to me. Highly recommend watching with a group of more invested and educated friends than you so there is a place for your pestering questions to go. Also a great homework movie. I wrote a quick paper while watching.

Finding Nemo 2003
It’s been at least a decade since I’ve seen this movie. Highly recommend watching as an adult. The emotional impact is heightened for Marlin’s story when you watch from an adult perspective. There are also many jokes that went over my head as a youngin’ that made me laugh out loud. Great movie.

What in the coincidence plot is this? I guess I have learned my lesson that FOMO is not real. Miguel is a real one though. No one in this movie deserved him. Mid music too.
