The villain's actor is the *worst* acting performance I've seen in years. It's like he saw The Room and thought "yeah that's how people should talk". The singular fact that the director (or anyone else involved) heard him speak those lines and still hired him damns this movie. Even a bad but forgettable performance by him would have left this movie as a flawed but enjoyable popcorn flick. At least Morbius had Matt Smith.
