Older Women and Love 1987
Where has this been my whole life. In the realm of “gap-toothed women”, just folks talking to a camera telling us how they feel. Something about these older docs really speaks to me. It’s like people were so unfamiliar with a camera that they never feel the need to “perform”. There’s a real tangible honesty in most doc work prior to the mid-90s. Sure do wish that was still happening.
