  Excellent subversion of expectations and great use of non-linear story telling. Performances and direction were also superb. I expect this to have a cult following from genre fans.

  MEDIOCRE NEW WORLD

  I thought it wasn't as bad as many of the critics made it out to be. It's a competent super hero flick, but that's it. It's Competent. It's not bad, but it's not great either. My biggest gripe was the many rehashing of previously visited plot points and themes, along with marketing making the third act entirely redundant.

  PLAY THE GAME INSTEAD

  The original video game version is better, with nuanced character and world building, while this DC animation adaptation you can tell was rushed. A bit unfair as the game had dozens of hours to flesh out it's narrative.
