  No expense spared in this . Cinema screen did justice to the extensive and immersive world building achieved. Mark Ruffalo is hilarious and so well suited to his role. Some splodges of badly timed social commentary which felt a bit too on the nose - it took me away from some patiently constructed moments of suspense. 60/100 .

  Pacing was a bit odd as well as a combination of multiple convoluted plot lines. The whole ‘misunderstood Gen Z charachter’ trope got a bit jarring in the first hour but Jenna ortega is a solid addition to the beetlejuiceverse . Michael Keaton and Willem Dafoe were fantastic. Couple tunes in there as well. Looking forward to beetlejuice beetlejuice beetlejuice .

  Tomas and I both agreed this was a film that didn’t need to be made. However, it was funny and Chalamet’s dedication to the role is unmistakable . Can see this potentialy becoming a cult favourite
