lol at the disruptive audience members. Really enjoyed this. Study of space suspended in time. Something about the shot of the projectionist barely squeezing past the guy in the corridor makes me emotional. The scene of the two reunited friends bonding over their love for the cinema which happens to be the very thing that reunited them, seemingly in this other life, makes me emotional. The time suspension is released when the doors are locked and all the patrons return to the world.
Also this is basically my life closing a 100+ year old theater that’s definitely haunted multiple times a week
