Bellflower 2011
It’s one of those films that starts out normal enough and halfway through changes into something chaotic and wonderful. The film is all handmade from the actually functional apocalyptic tools they built to even the cameras they made for the film with vintage Russian lenses. Would definitely recommend, but be in the mood for some crazy shit!

Climax’s stunning visuals, hypnotic dancing, and ingenious improvisation, make a film not for the faint of heart. This LSD fueled nightmare picture strikes feelings you could only get out of a Henry Fuseli painting. Never before has a bad trip felt so real. Gaspar Noe’s style of editing, lighting, and camera work blend so perfectly by performances of professional dancers, who aren’t actors by the way. This insight makes their performance a whole lot more impressive. One nitpick is that it’s a little hard to keep track of every character with all the action happening. Regardless, it’s a near perfect film.

Yorgos’…
