Gorgeous use of the cinematic language to empathise with the main character.
This was far scarier than any horror movie i've watched recently....
Fuck i don't want to grow old...
I went in thinking this was a Nosferatu 1922 remake, instead it's a Dracula 1992 remake with swapped names. Maybe that's what makes it feel so cheap. I couldn't wait for it to be over.
Also why does the main girl look so similar Victoria Pedretti
Also why does Dracula look like Saddler from Resident Evil 4
Also why does it have such Bloodborne vibes
I really wanted to like this.
In the end, it doesn't even matter. My disappointment is unmeasurable, and my evening is ruined.
I didn't understand half of what I was seeing but I'm sure it must have meant something very deep and profound, just like that other animated film with "Angel" in the title.
Amazing soundtrack tho.
