  Love the editing and the vibes. Music is excellent. Probably the best performance I’ve seen from Forest Whitaker so far. The way they portray the mob as a bunch of bumbling old guys is both very funny and weirdly authentic. Whoever was in charge of casting all those birds and that dog did an incredible job.

  Has to be up there as one of my favorite horror films. Even seeing it at a drive in where the projector malfunctioned 5 times barely diminished the experience. The amount of pure chaos and mayhem emanating off this thing is pretty unmatched. Every element of the style and presentation melds into a perfect stew of pure grimy, grainy evil. It may take a bit to get there, but once it really gets going this film hooks…
