Hmmm, yes it was quite clear what this film was a commentary on and the portrayal of these satirical caricatures was pretty engaging. I really just wasn’t that entertained or invested in the immediate plot. Like I don’t know… I just didn’t care about these characters at all and the movie really dragged for me especially the second act. And as someone who usually is drawn to sci fi, this really didn’t have me invested. Performances from Ruffalo, Collette, Yuen, and Pattinson were all a load of fun tho.
