  It’s incredible how well Blue Velvets’ Visuals & Soundtrack work. I remember seeing the first half an hour when I was like 17 & that Hopper / Rosillini rape scene scared the fuck out of me. It was so visceral, horrifying but oddly goofy? The perfect uncomfortable nature of David’s’ writing & direction.

  Also the line ‘he put his disease in me’ is a perfect condom ad. Like ‘avoid putting diseases in women, with new Trojan condoms’

  I’m very high

  I dunno, all I do know is that David Lynch was an all around savant-esce artist & he will be missed..

  Tiny people in large rooms: the ‘movie’ it’s so funny that Neil Breen doesn’t understand so many important things when it comes to editing. How pure he is, we don’t deserve him :,)

  True Breenius once again, saddest ending probably in his entire catalogue, 10/10
