  i was going to say this was mid bc it wasn’t going in the psychological thriller direction I wanted during the second act, BUT the ending made up for it 🤩🩰♥️

  there are simply no words to describe the joy I felt watching this. as someone who has loved the og 70s snl since I was 12, this truly was THE PERFECT film to showcase the story behind its very beginning. from the quick, snappy dialogue to the the arch of john belushi’s eyebrow- this was a masterpiece from start to finish.

  oh to travel to a mystical fantasy forest where carrie fisher is a witch with butterflies, magical flowers, and gentle harp music 🤍

  (some issues tho- acting felt unnatural by many, cliche dialogue, could’ve utilized carrie’s character more, and lots of filler that had nothing to do with the plot- cute film but not the best)
