A decent exploration of the lore behind a mystical creature. Griff and Shepard were easily the highlight of the film. Griff especially was hilarious in every scene. Lately, I feel like there’s been a wave of movies about rich people in their rich houses, and honestly, I’m still enjoying the trope. Paul Rudd’s character was insufferable, and Jenna Ortega’s wasn’t much better. I found myself enjoying everyone else way more.
