  Long but the story was beautifully told. Made me sad to watch it but I enjoyed it more because I watched it at home… in 3 parts… Couldn't imagine sitting in a cinema for 3hours and 26mins.

  This was a great watch. A thoughtfully constructed documentary about the Woodstock Festival in Harlem in 1969. 
  I learnt so much and loved watching legends such as Stevie Wonder and Roy Ayers performing for a beautiful crowd of black people. It almost felt like a nostalgic experience watching this even though I wasn’t there. ✊🏾

  Oh, Alex Garland. You’ve written and directed quite an aesthetically pleasing and well rounded story here.

  As you can probably tell from that opening statement, I enjoyed Civil War. I love the fact that not much is given away about how we’ve come to be at the point of civil war and I also enjoyed how engrossed I became in the journey of the characters. 

  This world that Garland has created doesn’t seem too far off from where…
