    Even with all the budget and technology that many of today’s filmmakers have available to them, grandeur has become very rare. The Brutalist, an homage to the great epics of the 50s and 60s, transports you back in time almost immediately with its bombastic score and stunning visuals. It was such a treat to feel truly immersed in a film again.

    Wow they fumbled that ending BAD. It’s a shame because what precedes it is, while only sometimes good, always entertaining.
