  Watchmen is my favorite comic and this adaptation is quite literally one to one. It’s nice to see the events of this story play out in animated form. My favorite chapter from the book, chapter 4 which showcases Dr. Manhattans perception of time was adapted absolutely perfectly. My only criticism is that sometimes the voice actors felt a little off but this isn’t a big enough issue to make me lower the score. Overall very excited to watch part II.

  The scene where Lily meets Ryle’s sister is hilarious. Dialogue was wonky but genuinely funny at times. I can’t get over how her name is Lily Blossom Bloom as well. But the movie genuinely does handle the themes of the story really well. So it gets props!
