So much love went into this film from both the cast and crew. They respected the characters and origins 1000%. With the slight changes I didn’t feel as though they just took a Broadway show and made a replica into a film outlet but also they took their time to tell the story. Allowing them to delve deeper you connect more to the story and character. The only thing I’m annoyed about is that I have to wait a whole year to see Part 2. Also Cynthia is a POWERHOUSE for Elphaba💚💖

So happy for Anna Kendrick’s directorial debut! Timepiece scenes are pieces into the film well, and the lady yelling at the cop to do their fucking job hit DEEP. So real and still relevant of men getting off the hook and shit not being done which is lame as fuck

Seems Netflix wanted their own version of Totally Killer. Same story line just a different relationship. I liked the cast but I really enjoyed Totally Killer and this was practically just a remake. Although I did appreciate the 2000’s details including the Baby G Shock watch.

Part of the fun was seeing what Priestly’s shirts said. Typically stay away from dairy but although cheesy, I liked it. Although making Priestly, I mean Boaz look like any other guy to get Tish’s attention defeated the point they were trying to make with not judging looks. Unnecessary, she made a clear hint she was interested in how and who he was after getting away from that pos🙃
