The opening credits do Ana amazing job of getting you ready for what can be expected, forced drugging, sadistic torture of naked women, and death by a Catholic gimp. Unfortunately, it is a rather boring affair for most of the runtime.

Delirium: Photo of Gioia 1987
This movie fucking rocks. It has every element I would want from a Giallo. Fun kills, awesome costumes and sets, ugly ass 80s cars, sleaze, and a nice dash of surrealist horror. Probably the most fun I have had watching one of these flicks in a while. It deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as the more widely known greats of the genre.
