  I love eggers and was very excited to see this but there were some parts that felt quite flat and dragged. The last scene is still etched in my mind and there’s some really graphic scenes and scary moments. I still can’t decide what I think about the film as a whole rn but there was something that didn’t land. Also my favourite film is still the lighthouse I need to rewatch that again.
