One thing that stuck out to me most in this film was the use of sound. The very first thing we see/ hear is the breathing and sounds of horse combined with different dramatic close ups of it's features. We are immediately connected to this horse, allowing us to resonate with Brady and his strong connection to his own horse and the life that revolves around it.
