The sound design, visuals and performances were impressive.
BUT no matter how pretty a film is or how talented the actors are, it needs a good story, or at the very least it needs to make sense.
I felt like I could hear Jordan Peele laughing at me in the cinema as he threw plot holes and floating shoes at me and I struggled to figure out what the hell any of it meant.

Stephen King is a genius and Kathy Bates (who I just learned is Jo from The Office!!!) is terrifying.
