Dinner in America 2020
I loved it! I’ll watch Kyle gallner in anything. In this he sounded like Jesse Pinkman lol. Also shout out to Mars Argo for being in this for 5 seconds I love you too. It all felt like if Green Room were a happy movie and I ate it up.

Get Duked! 2019
This movie really exceeded my expectations and I loved it! Cool concept and good move making it a comedy, it doesn’t come off as cheesy (well maybe some of the rapping is a bit cringe). Part of that is due to the wonderful actors of course. Get duked! also manages to work in a generational metaphor, young vs old, while not losing what’s important: the chase and the friends who stuck together

Relic 2020
As someone who thoroughly enjoys a metaphorical indie horror movie I did kinda like this. Butttttttt, it left me feeling disappointed. Possession/haunted house films aren’t my favorite type of horror, but halfway through Relic I thought I was going to have to change my stance. Turns out that they don’t choose to explore any of the more intriguing parts of the plot! I was expecting Edna to have been possessed by a multitude of spirits, explaining why she didn’t remember anything…
