This movie is very likeable, not loveable. It doesn't do much wrong per se, it's like it's trying too hard to be cool or more specifically; edgy. It succeeds for the most part, Lawrence Fishbourne is amazingly calm and collected, in a way which I can only describe as "subtly overacting". Ethan Hawke is also a strong protagonist and is genuinely cool. All of the actors were actually fine, even Ja Rule much to my surprise.

    I really enjoyed the…

This was the last remaining David Fincher film in my watchlist, considering he is my favourite director, it is about time.

It is intriguing and puzzling the entire way through, deceptively tricking you and making you second guess everything that happens. I haven't watched a movie in a long time that had me posing new questions almost all the time, you're just as lost and confused as Michael Douglas's character, Nicholas (his and Sean Penn's performances are incredible by the…

Zack Snyder's Justice League, or just Justice League (because this is how it should have been in 2017), is everything it should have been in 2017. Plus more.

I believe it's best to discuss why this version is drastically different, and to be frank, massively improved over the original release, rather than talk about how Joss Whedon f*cked it up. We've been there, and done that.

I didn't understand what was happening. The film provided little to no context about its time inverted plot, though told it's story excellently through its visuals. Initially sounding as simple as "preventing World War 3", the why's and how's the story was unfolding were baffling. I have never watched an entire film, and constantly had to ask myself, "what the fuck is going on?", waiting for an answer that never came, and if it did, was brushed over within a…
