I appreciate the parallels to the first film, and the underlying themes and potential conversations this could cultivate on politics, border expansion and reconciliation.
And, on another note, if you thought the Noa and Mae characters were gonna kiss the whole film, it’s because the actors have INSANE CHEMISTRY. You’ll see it if you watch the deleted scenes and bts footage.

The voyage of the Demeter is one of my favorite scenes in the novel Dracula. By far the most suspenseful, intriguing and terrifying scenes other than when Jonathan was in Dracula’s castle.
