i really enjoyed this! mark ruffalo’s character was kind of hard to watch (teeth….) but i loved raptz portrayal of the different versions of Mickey and i absolutely lost it at multiple creeper scenes. there were a lot of moving parts throughout the storyline, but that didn’t necessarily bother me. i think the concept overall was really interesting and it was just a fun watch

so good i cannot believe it took me so long to watch. really did not have a clue what it was about before watching, and i feel like that made me like it even more. genuinely lol’d at various parts, and at no point did i see what was coming next. actually a very beautiful portrayal of classism and how violent it can be

i don’t care what anyone says i loved this movie. it had everything i want out of a christmas movie: action, fun, weird creatures, dwayne the rock johnson. i really thought this was so cute and that chris evans/the rock were such a funny pair. i also enjoyed how they made santa/christmas logistically make sense

the dialogue was pretty abysmal, the storyline and how it got from point a to b to c etc was pretty elementary and lacking any sort of need for introspective thinking. BUT i was entertained the entire time. atj was the perfect choice. hilarious in the same way madame web was. there were parts that felt like the movie had been dubbed (NOT during any of the russian speaking scenes) which added to the entertainment. classic sony marvel film i’d say. i was NOT expecting to see russell crowe so that was a pleasant surprise
