  It sucks that foundational sci-fi movies almost always suffer from “every single woman is literally a doll and exist for the whims of men.” Like. Come on. Be creative. Think outside the box. That’s the POINT of genre filmmaking. HOW are flying cars accepted faster in a story than a woman with even a little narrative agency????

  I So Badly wanted the Eagle to start talking back to Noa during that one scene - and I wanted it to have like… Morgan Freeman’s voice. Not because I think it would add anything to the movie, but because that would be the funniest shit imaginable. 

  Anyway I’ll always enjoy sci-fantasy-post-apocalypses. That’s my shit.
