The trailers had me so excited for this movie! The humor lived up to the hype (a very dry sense of humor), and Tom Hanks you just can’t go wrong with. The overall message of this movie I appreciated of being kind to your neighbors and people you come in contact with, because you never know what they’re going through.

Parts of the movie that really downgraded it for me: the multiple suicide scenes and the clear Hollywood agenda being pushed (you’ll know it when the scene happens).

A solid action movie! Loved the female leads and the women empowerment that was part of the main plot. Your fairly typical action/undercover agent movie with a few unique twists. Favorite scene was the auction. A Good Friday night watch!

Big deal 5 stars, I know. I was feeling generous. This genuinely was my perfect movie though. Not extremely lengthy, more lighthearted, had some solid humor (I mean Jim Carrey come on), and kept my attention. Made my brain turn as I thought of what it would look like in my life if I said “yes” more. A great movie to watch with any audience at any time. Highly recommend!

As a big mystery movie enthusiast, I was excited when I found out what this movie was about! Even though I hadn’t seen Knives Out, I still felt like I understood all of the characters as well as the plot. Loved the casting choices and thought each character’s persona was perfectly executed (especially in a movie where character motivates are a big deal because of the murder mystery). The mystery part of it was semi-predictable but I still thoroughly enjoyed watching it!
