Nefarious 2023
The messaging in this movie was infuriatingly overt. The cheesy and heavy handed dialogue was just plain not fun to sit through. The movie was an attempt to talk AT the audience instead of show them through cinematography and other film devices. Steve Deace should’ve just written an essay instead of trying to make it compelling enough by adding the criminal and paranormal elements to it (two very tired genres at that), then I wouldn’t have had to sit through this stink fest. Leave it up to the far right to not be creative or compelling I guess
