Schwartzman was great and I enjoyed Dunst as well, and the two of them being the only characters with American accents was a good bit. I was knocked on my ass when I realized the old king’s mistress was Asia Argento. Could’ve done without that but I understand why she would’ve been there. I wish there could be more films like this — historical and grandiose but set to 90s alternative. It’s much harder to take creative risks like that these days it seems like.
