  sobbed for half of the movie. fully sobbing, snot running down my face in the movie theatre. i cannot express how fking beautiful this movie was. the animation is phenomenal. the messaging and symbolism had me in a near existential crisis thinking about the human race's ignorance of the living beings around us and the impacts of our selfishness on the world around us. and the messaging about empathy and love and kindness just AHHH i can't. please watch this movie. please. it broke my soul but also healed it
