Por dios. El sentimiento que me dió ver esta película en mi primer Sundance, retratando las calles en donde crecí, utilizando elementos mágicos y centrado historias queer... No lo puedo describir. Tiene elementos fantásticos pero a la vez anclada a la tierra con los conflictos internos de sus personajes, de aceptación, de anhelo. Hubo momentos en los que casi me largo a llorar y otros en los que estaba cagada de la risa. Se nota la pasión y esfuerzo que todo el equipo puso y hasta ahora escribiendo esto no puedo parar de pensar en la película y sonreír porque existe.

The directors spoke afterward about how they approached wanting to record really private conversations while giving the couple autonomy, and the method they came up with was to teach them how to use the lavs themselves so they could be truly alone and be vulnerable and from then they took the recordings and filmed the visuals.
This short felt like a squeeze to the heart, the tenderness, the cuotidian, as a lesbian it was like a warm embrace.
