characters, driven by the desire to live so hard that they kill and die. I like how Lynch challenges his heroes’ worlds by introducing those who don’t belong in their vivid reality—take the other and crush the views of those broken souls, who cannot see the line between fantasy and illusion, lust and love, violence and protection. eros so cruel and strong it takes away reasons.
