Subservience 2024
This movie was both what I was expecting yet not what I was expecting at all.
Let’s address the elephant in the room: Megan Fox gave an adequate performance. I thought she played the villain in this movie really well.
This one felt like a long black mirror episode, which is honestly a good thing for me considering how much I like the black mirror series. It’s interesting and keeps you entertained throughout the entire 90+ minutes. Worth the watch.

Watched this with Erin and Aaron. It’s a movie that has just about everything: drama, suspense, comedy, etc. I went in with high expectations as Aaron claims this will be in the running “best picture” at the Oscar’s.
Overall, I thought this movie was very good. It’s a 2.5 hour movie that didn’t feel necessarily like a 2.5 hour movie. It’s funnier than most movies I’ve seen recently, and the music is really good too.
Definitely recommend. 4.5/5.
