This feels like a true to life Looney Tunes cartoon with a feature length and bigger budget. It’s hilariously cartoony, charming, toned and paced consistently with the many twists and turns the story makes. Some of Daffy’s antics can be a little frustrating given this isn’t the version I’m used to (seeing as I grew up with the more self aware and cynical daffy from the early 2000s), but it serves the story well regardless.

The Bad Guys: Haunted Heist 2024
Sad that they couldn’t get anywhere near the same level of animation as they had for the movie, but a noticeable downgrade is to be expected for what’s essentially a TV budget. The story, while full of twists and turns, is nothing to write home about. The characters do mostly act themselves, to its credit. Fans of the franchise might get something out of it, but not much overall.
Also, Webs is incredibly OP in these shorts and I have no clue why.

While the poor animation shows the lack of a necessary budget and some of the voice acting is phoned in, the characters and humor are the strongest positives. There are some very real chuckled to be had, whether at how the special looks, or at some of the rather clever jokes and references found throughout.
