I watched this film at the behest of my best friend and I'm so glad I did. Such a moving and lovely story, no doubt inspired by a great book I presume. The production design as well as the cinematography and the music took me to an utmost beautiful English countryside that I have only seen in paintings. The biggest takeaway I can get from this movie is that love is a catalyst for change. Their pairing would've not been possible had they not allowed themselves to be changed. Very lovely.

What started as a murder mystery quickly unravels into a large conspiracy involving the Catholic Church of Baltimore and it's refusal to put priests of the church on trial for fear of humiliation. Truly feels like a companion piece to "Spotlight" from years prior.
