    Not inherently poorly done but some poor takes within. The concept that simply taking some meds, seeing a therapist casually and finding a hobby can "cure" severe mental illness is sloppy at best, and harmful at worst. Whilst support systems, proper treatment, and fulfilling activities can help individuals, its a journey of turmoil. The way it portrays the good these protective factors can do is uplifting but overly so, and therein false advertising.

    The first hour feels put together and purposeful, making a point about the threats he believes to be real and the moral panics of current society. It then takes a turn for the worse, becoming incohesive, fantastical, and almost too self aware. At the 2 hour mark you find yourself wishing it was over, with a full 43 minute slog left.
